Communicating with Students, Parents

The Email List tool In the Communications section of the Report Center allows you to generate email lists of students that match particular criteria. You are then able to copy and paste this string of emails into your email software's BCC field. If you address the email to yourself in the "TO" field and enter the student's into the "BCC" field, you will send the email to all of the addresses, but not disclose any student's email address to any other student.

Some of the criteria you can select are:

  • All Students
  • Grade Level
  • Particular AP Exam
  • Pre-Admin Session
  • Paid in Full
  • Responded to a Custom Question a particular way
  • Non-Students
  • Indicated eligible for accommodations
  • Registered before or after a particular date
