Adding a Session

For schools not using Total Registration's answer sheet pre-printing feature can require students to choose a pre-admin session to attend before the AP exam. Many schools using this feature have students pre-fill demographic information on exam scan sheets. Schools using pre-adminstration sessions can have students sign up for a pre-admin session at the time of registration.

You can cap the maximum number of potential attendees for each session. Once the number is met, future registrants will not be able to select a full pre-admin session. If you do not wish to cap the attendance, enter a large number like 10000.

NOTE: The date and time of pre-admin sessions cannot be edited once your registration has begun as students may have already signed up for the session. If your registration has begun and you need to change a date or time, add a new session and make the old one inactive.
