If your account is not showing how much you owe for your exams, then your registration is most likely awaiting action by your school.
Schools will sometimes place those requesting to register for a particular exam on a Wait List. You will not be able to move forward with your registration or make payment until the school approves your request for the exam.
If you answered "yes" to the Free/Reduced Lunch or Financial Assistance questions, your school must approve your request before you can move forward in your registration and pay any remaining balance.
If you answered "no" to the Free/Reduced Lunch or Financial Assistance question and know you were not placed on a Wait List but still do not see your account balance, please contact your school for more information.
