No balance showing - Cannot make a payment

If your account is not showing how much you owe for your exams, then your registration is most likely awaiting action by your school.

Schools will sometimes place those requesting to register for a particular exam on a Wait List. You will not be able to move forward with your registration or make payment until the school approves your request for the exam. 

If you answered "yes" to the Free/Reduced Lunch or Financial Assistance questions, your school must approve your request before you can move forward with your registration and pay any remaining balance.  Changing your response Free/Reduced or Financial Assistance questions will not remove you from the approval queue.  Once in the queue, you will need to wait for the school to approve or deny your request.

If you answered "no" to the Free/Reduced Lunch or Financial Assistance question and know you were not placed on a Wait List but still do not see your account balance, please contact your school for more information.

The system assesses late fees based on the initial registration date (when the student was added to the approval queue, not by the date of approval.  Schools, however, do have the ability to assess a late based on the date of payment.
