Once you have configured the types of data you wish to capture in your registrations, you can create a new registration form. Click Registrations from the left side menu and then click Add Registration Form at the top right of the Registrations window.
You will see six menu headers showing the types of information you can configure for this registration.
Basic Details allows you to name the registration form, assign the school year the event is for, set a maximum number of registrants, and select the beginning and ending dates for the registration.
Block Details allows you to assign the type of registration and assign which blocks of pre-configured information you are going to collect on this registration form.
Restrictions allows you to set registration restrictions such as only allowing females to register for an all-girls camp or only allowing 12th graders to register for a Seniors-only event.
Fee Details gives you the ability to set a fee for the registration and assign the event to a particular budget code.
Cancellation allows you the opportunity to assign a cancellation deadline and configure that cancellation requests must be approved.
Users Configuration lets you add other teachers, coaches, etc to this event registration. Be sure to click Save Registration at the bottom of this window to save the previous changes made to this registration.
