Finding Students Who Previously Paid the Alternate Exam Fee

Since the College Board has announced all 2020 AP exams will be given online in May and they set the exam dates/times so there should not be any schedule conflicts, Total Registration has reset any AP exams previously moved to the Alternate or Exception dates in TR back to the Regular exam date. If you wish to refund any previously paid fees associated with those date changes, you can find a list of those students by going to AP > AP Report Center > Payment/Balance Reports > Student Fees Report. You can then uncheck all fee types except Other and click Apply Filters. You will then see any alternate or exception exam fees listed in the Notes column.
