You can easily send e-mail messages to a variety of people using the Communication Tools in RegiSmart. Simply click Communication Tools from the left menu and then select the options of who you want to receive your e-mail.
You can click All Students next to the Grades drop-down menu if you want to send a message to all students who have registered in your RegiSmart system. Or if you want to only send a message to those who registered for a specific event, choose that event in the Registrations drop-down menu. Likewise, you can choose to send to only those with a balance due, those with incomplete registrations, etc. depending on how you configure the filter parameters.
Once you configure who to send the message to, click Send Batch Email, compose your message, and click Send.
