From the Exam Rosters page you can click a particular exam name to drill-down to see all students registered for that particular exam or you can generate a PDF of one, many, or all exam rosters for easy printing or sharing. You can also generate PDFs of seating charts if you have already assigned students to rooms and created seating charts (see Assigning students to exam rooms).
You can choose what information to see on the exam rosters by choosing the column data shown in the red box in the below screenshot. You can choose the sort order for the rosters by choosing one option in the yellow box. Also, you can choose a view option (by room or by student name) in the green box. After selecting those options, click the Update Report Settings button to save the settings. Those saved settings will show in each exam roster you print or click on to view.
You can bulk print exam rosters by clicking the selection box (highlighted in yellow below) for the exams you wish to print and then choose Exam Roster from the Generate PDF menu and click the Submit button.
If you have already assigned students to exam rooms and created seating charts, then you can bulk print seating charts by clicking the selection box for the exams you wish to print and then choose Exam Seating Chart from the Generate PDF menu and click the Submit button.
At the bottom of the report, you will see totals for exams within each admin window and a grand total.
