You have the ability to create custom reports based on the data collected from students during the registration process. Go to AP > AP Report Center > Student Lists > Custom Reports and click the Add New Report button to get started. If you are creating a custom report for PSAT or IB data, go to the PSAT or IB report center and choose Student Lists and then Custom Reports to get started.
When creating a custom report, type a report name and then click each checkbox of data you want shown in the report. Once you click Next, you can choose to export the report or view it as HTML. You can also return to the main Custom Reports screen to edit the report, plus filter and generate a CSV file.
