The College Board (CB) allows schools to order Pre-ID labels for the PSAT/NMSQT exam, saving time on exam day by eliminating the need for students to bubble in this information on the answer sheet. Learn more about the CB's Bulk Registration at their web page, https://satsuite.collegeboard.org/k12-educators/tools-resources/bulk-registration.
When ordering these labels from the CB, the school will need to upload a data file to the CB so they can create and print the labels to ship with the school's exam order. Total Registration has functionality available for you to download the required data from the TR system to upload the file to the CB's system easily.
To use this functionality in Total Registration, go to the General Info page of the PSAT/NMSQT configuration and select "yes" to the question highlighted in the below screenshot:
Your standard questions will then be configured to ask all required questions on your PSAT/NMSQT registration page in Total Registration. Once students register in the system and answer those required questions, you will have the necessary data to download the data file from TR and then upload it to the B's system.
When you are ready to send the data to the CB, you will find the download option at the bottom of the PSAT Report Center (see screenshot below). Simply download the file from Total Registration and then upload that file to the CB's system.
