Merging duplicate student records

Sometimes students will create multiple accounts. When that happens, coordinators can merge them into one account by selecting Merge Student Records in the Edit Student Info/Exams/Password section of the Report Center.


You will have an opportunity to select which element in each field to keep for the master account.  Be sure to select the email that the student would like to keep as their login.

Click Complete Merge once the master information is selected.
