Coordinators may see UD next to some exams in the different Reconcile reports. That designation means "undecided." Students with UD did not choose Yes or No in regards to taking the AP exam when enrolling in the AP course in the College Board system. The coordinator should communicate with the student to find out their intention. If the student does plan to take the exam, then the coordinator can modify the College Board data accordingly. If the student does not plan to take the exam but has registered in Total Registration, the coordinator should modify the College Board data to reflect the student is not taking the exam AND should cancel the student's registration in TR (see Cancelling/Deleting an AP or IB exam for a student).
