The individual exam rosters provide information regarding that particular exam and students registered for it. The individual exam rosters for AP also gives you access to edit each of those students' teacher/period, exam date, and ability to cancel the exam registration. You will find the individual exam rosters in the Report Center when you click the Exam Rosters link.
NOTE: You will only see exam rosters for exams students have actually registered for; other exams your school offers will not show until someone registers for that exam.
Once you click the exam name for an individual exam roster, you can choose which information to display by checking the appropriate boxes on the left list, and you can choose the sort order to display that information based on your choice from the right list.
NOTE: Sort order is only offered for AP exam rosters; not IB rosters.
You can also take the following actions from the individual exam roster. Click the link below for more information about that particular action.
- View/Edit a particular student's information
- Edit the teacher/period the student chose during registration or move a group of students to a different teacher or period (only available in AP exam rosters)
- Move a group of students from one exam date to another (i.e. move from the regular date to the alternate late testing date) (only available in AP exam rosters)
- Drop/Cancel multiple students registrations for this exam (only available in AP exam rosters)
